The NGen: Moving Nonprofit Leaders from Next to Now program helps expand and improve the nonprofit talent pool by developing the skills and networks of emerging leaders under 40.
Since its introduction at the 2008 Independent Sector Annual Conference, NGen has been expanded to include:
- NGen pre-conference programming and networking opportunities at the Independent Sector Annual Conference; Registration is now open - learn more and register today!
- The American Express NGen Fellows Program, a selective fellowship opportunity designed to cultivate leadership among 12 under-40 leaders at IS member organizations;
- The American Express NGen Leadership Award, which honors an under-40 nonprofit leader who has already made significant impact in addressing society’s critical needs; and
- Ongoing opportunities to connect with and learn from NGen leaders, such as the 2012 NGen Leadership Series.
